7th Grade Science Curriculum

In grade 7, students begin to focus on more complex scientific principles and concepts. They learn about the different types of cells and how they reproduce, how ecosystems are structured and function, and how the Earth’s climate is changing. They also learn about the different types of energy and how they are transformed, and how the solar system and universe are expanding.
